Trademark Engaged at Biltmore Park Town Square for Retail Leasing

Efforts already underway for Asheville, N.C. mixed-use center

FORT WORTH, Texas (Feb. 22, 2011) Trademark Property Company announced today it has been engaged to oversee all retail leasing for Biltmore Park Town Square, a 42-acre, 1,001,518 square foot mixed-use property in Asheville, N.C. developed by Biltmore Farms, LLC and Crosland, LLC.

Located in south Asheville, the region’s fastest growing and most affluent area, the town center is anchored by an REI flagship store, Regal Cinemas®, Barnes & Noble and features 276 urban residences and 270,000 square feet of Class-A office space. It also offers a mix of local and regional retailers and restaurants in addition to a 165-room full service Hilton Hotel.

Trademark CEO honored by LULAC – Business of the Year Award

15th Annual Community Leaders Award Banquet in Corpus Christi, Texas

On Thursday, February 17, 2011, seven were honored as outstanding leaders in Corpus Christi and though they serve very different roles they share one common goal — a commitment to serving the community.

“These people have distinguished themselves in the community,” said Leon Bazar, master of ceremonies for the 15th annual Outstanding Community Leaders banquet at the Omni Bayfront Hotel. “They do the right thing even when no one’s watching.”

The event coincides with National LULAC Week. The League of United Latin American Citizens was founded in Corpus Christi in 1929 and is the country’s oldest Hispanic civil rights organization, said Nick Adame, president of the founding Council No. 1.

Proceeds from the banquet will help support the council’s scholarship program, which has awarded more than $1 million in college funds to South Texas students since 1970.

Luxury Retailer, Touche Lingerie Opens Third U.S. Location

THE WOODLANDS, TX (February 1, 2011) – After more than 20 years of operating successfully in Chile, Mexico and Spain, Touché Lingerie will host a grand opening celebration of its Market Street location on Saturday, February 12 at 4pm where it will unveil its complete selection of lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear sets inspired from brands such as Aubade, La Perla, Chantelle and other luxury European designers.

As an added bonus, the luxury retailer also will offer a free gift with the purchase of $250 or more as part of the grand opening.

In a related announcement, Studio A Pilates has leased office space in Market Street’s North Commons Building. The fully equipped fitness and Pilates studio will specialize in the rehabilitation and conditioning of both pre and post-natal women and improving the flexibility and performance for all athletes.
