FORT WORTH, Texas (June 26, 2012) – Trademark Property Company, the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and services firm, today announced Dick’s Sporting Goods, one of the biggest sports and fitness specialty retailers in the U.S., will open at Alliance Town Center in North Fort Worth.
The 50,000-square-foot store will anchor a 140,000-square-foot Phase 2 of the popular Alliance Town Center. Construction on Dick’s is scheduled to begin in July with opening set for summer 2013. The giant retailer currently operates more than 480 stores in 44 states.

Alliance Town Center, currently 800,000 square feet, is a joint venture of Hillwood and Trademark. Located on I-35W at Heritage Trace Parkway in North Fort Worth, it is part of the 17,000-acre Alliance, Texas, master-planned community, which is currently home to over 28,000 jobs.
Retail tenants include Belk, JCPenney, Best Buy, Sam Moon, Rooms To Go, The Children’s Place, JoS. A. Bank, Kroger Marketplace, PetSmart, Ulta and Justice. Dining options include BJ’s, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A, Cheddar’s, Which Wich, Jason’s Deli and Mi Cocina.
