For 20 years, Trademark Property Company has partnered with owners, investors and retailers to unlock the full potential of their investments. Trademark broke ground on its first retail project in 1991 with the redevelopment of Preston Oaks shopping center in Dallas, Texas. In 1992, Trademark acquired phase I of University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas. Since then, Trademark has enjoyed numerous milestones, including:
- 1996 – Trademark develops County Line Plaza power center in Jackson, Mississippi.
- 1997 – Trademark opens the company’s first grocery-anchored community center: Trinity Commons, anchored by Tom Thumb in Fort Worth, Texas.
- 2000-2002 – Trademark opens several community and power centers across the south and southwest.
- 2003 – Trademark sells a 7-property portfolio to Heritage Property Trust.
- 2004 – Trademark opens its award-winning: Market Street – The Woodlands.
- 2008 – Trademark partners with IMI to purchase Padre Staples Mall in Corpus Christi, Texas. Phase I of Alliance Town Center opens in Fort Worth, Texas.
- 2009 – Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm in Allen, Texas opens.
- 2010 – Major transformation of La Palmera is completed culminating in the grand opening. Trademark takes over Leasing and Management for Santa Fe Place, in Santa Fe, New Mexico as well as Westland Shopping Center in Westland, Michigan.
- 2011 - Trademark takes over leasing and management of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN, as well as Grand Traverse Mall located in Traverse City, MI.
