PARTNERS and CLIENTS

  • Kimco Realty Corporation is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates North America’s largest portfolio of neighborhood and community shopping centers. Kimco has partnered with Trademark on the development of Market Street – The Woodlands and Gateway Station.
  • Institutional Mall Investors LLC (IMI) is a co-investment venture owned by an affiliate of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc. (MCA) and The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) with MCA serving as investment manager for IMI. Trademark purchased the former Padre Staples Mall (now La Palmera) in partnership with IMI in the summer of 2008. IMI is also a partner with Market Street – The Woodlands.
  • Coventry Real Estate Advisors is a leading real estate investment manager for institutional clients in the value-added retail/mixed-use property sector. Founded in 1998, Coventry has invested over $2.5 billion in transactions since its inception. Coventry has partnered with Trademark to develop Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm.
  • Developers Diversified Realty (DDR), based in northeast Ohio, has become one of the largest retail real estate owners and managers in the world. DDR owns and manages approximately 630 retail operating and development properties totaling more than 137 million square feet. DDR has partnered with Trademark to develop Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm.
  • Hillwood Development Company LLC, is a Perot company that is consistently ranked among the top property investors and developers in the country by national trade publications and has received awards from several prestigious real estate trade organizations. The company is most proud of the value its projects have created for its customers, its partners and the community. Trademark partnered with Hillwood to develop and finance Alliance Town Center.
  • Lone Star Funds is a global investment firm that acquires distressed debt and equity assets, including corporate, commercial real estate, single-family residential and consumer debt products as well as banks and asset-rich operating companies requiring rationalization. Lone Star has engaged Trademark to manage, lease and redevelop Santa Fe Place and Westland Center.
  • Hudson Advisors is a full-service commercial mortgage servicer and real estate asset manager with proven expertise in global real estate markets. The company is controlled by the principals of Lone Star and performs the day-to-day management and servicing of the assets acquired by private funds sponsored by Lone Star, including Santa Fe Place and Westland Center.
  • Hunt Real Estate Partners LP manages the private real estate investment efforts of the Dallas-based Lamar Hunt family. Over the past 50 years, the Hunt organization has accumulated numerous assets worldwide through long-term investments in various enterprises that span a wide range of industries. Hunt, in partnership with FRAM Building Group, engaged Trademark to assist in planning and feasibility analysis for a new retail and mixed-use development in Las Colinas (North Shore) near Dallas.
  • FRAM Building Group is based in Ontario, Canada and has successfully built over 11,000 residences, from custom homes to distinctive single-family, multi-family, condominium and rental homes, in addition to mixed-used developments and commercial properties. FRAM, in partnership with Hunt Real Estate Partners LP, has engaged Trademark to assist in planning and feasibility analysis for a new retail and mixed-use development in Las Colinas (North Shore) near Dallas.
  • Private Syndicates: Since 1991, Trademark has partnered with institutions, foundations and individuals in raising $124 Million in real estate equity.
