Background

For the last 25 years, Trademark has invested in, developed or re-developed 11.5M SF and $2.1B of places people love. In 1991-1992 Trademark started investing in Dallas-Fort Worth, and since has spread its platform from coast to coast. Milestones include:

  • 2016 – Trademark hosts grand opening for their first Conscious Place development, Waterside in Fort Worth, TX.
  • 2016 – Trademark acquires 3.5-acre parcel immediately south of WestBend to add additional retail, office and multi-family.
  • 2015 – Trademark takes over management, retail leasing and redevelopment for L&B Realty Advisors at Glades Plaza, a 182,704-square-foot center in Boca Raton, Florida.
  • 2014 – Trademark breaks ground on their first Conscious Place development, Waterside, a master planned 63 acre mixed-use development anchored by Whole Foods Market and REI with an unmatched amenities package.
  • 2014 – Trademark is hired to asset, lease, and property manage Burr Ridge Village Center in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
  • 2014 – Trademark is selected by Rice Management Co. to operate, asset manage, lease, and reposition Rice’s holdings located in Rice Village in Houston, Texas.
  • 2014 – Trademark partners with Prudential Real Estate Investors to operate and redevelop Hillside Village (formerly Uptown Village at Cedar Hill), a 615,000 sf mixed-use open-air center in Cedar Hill, Texas.
  • 2014 – Dick’s Sporting Goods, Haverty’s, DSW, Sheplers, Sleep Experts, and Men’s Wearhouse open in the 143,065 sf, phase II at Alliance Town Center.
  • 2014 – Construction breaks ground at WestBend in Fort Worth, Texas. Upon completion, the 278,000 square-foot retail – office development will provide a walkable urban environment on the Trinity Trail.
  • 2014 – Trademark takes over management, retail leasing, and redevelopment analysis for AEW at The Shops at Highland Village, a 378,023-square-foot open-air retail center in Highland Village, Texas.
  • 2013 – Trademark was approached to lead the retail redevelopment & repositioning of Victory Park in Dallas, TX.
  • 2013 – Began a major expansion and renovation at Saddle Creek, the country’s 1st Lifestyle Center, in Germantown, TN.
  • 2013 – Trademark partners with Zapolski Real Estate in a joint venture to re-develop The Shops at Napa Center, a mixed use retail – hotel development in Downtown Napa.
  • 2012 – Trademark acquires The Shops at La Palmera, formerly Staples Center, a 230,000 sf regional power center and begins major redevelopment and remerchandising plans. The new project is adjacent to the highly successful super regional mall, La Palmera.
  • 2012 – Trademark JV Re-Capitalizes Watters Creek.
  • 2011 – Trademark takes over leasing, management and re-development of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN.
  • 2010 – Transformation of La Palmera regional mall is completed. Trademark takes over Leasing and Management for Santa Fe Place, in Santa Fe, NM and Westland Shopping Center in Westland, MI.
  • 2008 – Trademark partners with IMI to purchase Padre Staples Mall in Corpus Christi, TX. Phase I of Alliance Town Center opens in Fort Worth, TX. Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm in Allen, TX opens.
  • 2001-2007 – Trademark partnered with Kimco Development Inc. to develop Gateway Station in Burleson, TX. Phase I was completed and sold in 2003. Phase II construction began in 2005 and sold in 2007.
  • 2004-2006 – Developed Lakeland Commons, located in Flowood, MS in 2004 and sold in 2006.
  • 2004 – Trademark opens its award-winning: Market Street – The Woodlands.
  • 2003 – Trademark sells a 7-property portfolio to Heritage Property Trust.
  • 2000-2002 – Trademark opens several community and power centers across the south and southwest including Royal Oaks in Houston.
  • 1997 – Trademark opens the company’s first grocery-anchored community center: Trinity Commons, anchored by Tom Thumb in Fort Worth, TX.
  • 1996 – Trademark develops the County Line Plaza power center in Jackson, Mississippi.
  • 1992-1995 – Purchased Phase I of University Park Village in 1992, located in Ft. Worth, TX and sold in 1995.
  • 1993 – Trademark partners with Lincoln Property Co. to develop Woodland Plaza, located in Tulsa, OK and sold the property in 2002.
  • 1992 – Jointly re-developed Preston Oaks Shopping Center in Dallas, TX with Strode Property Co.
