Since its founding, Trademark has invested in or developed over 8 million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects worth over $1.1 Billion, including the award winning Market Street-The Woodlands and the recently opened Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, and currently operates 5.3 million sf for its clients and partners.
