First Street Napa to Debut Lifestyle Fashion Boutique by Maris Collective in Fall 2017

NAPA, Calif. (May 22, 2017) – Napa is famously known around the world for offering the best in wine, food, wellness, and art. First Street Napa, a 325,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Napa that will incorporate 45 retail shops and restaurants, new creative office space, and a 183-room Archer Hotel, plans to add a fifth pillar—shopping—to Napa’s repertoire by introducing fashion and lifestyle retailers to the burgeoning Downtown Napa scene. In pursuit of this goal, the $200 million redevelopment is pleased to announce that Maris Collective will be debuting a new, lifestyle fashion retail concept adjacent to Archer Hotel Napa in Fall 2017.

“We are excited for Maris Collective to be part of the changing landscape of downtown Napa’s historic district by bringing a fresh, new fashion boutique to its residents and visitors,” said LeeAnn Sauter, CEO & Founder of Maris Collective. “The store will offer a true lifestyle experience mixing interesting and unique fashion finds with the great food and wine the region is known for.”

The 3,000-square-foot boutique will offer Maris Collective’s innovative approach to retail—mixing an expertly curated selection of new and emerging brands with sought after designer labels. New to the West Coast, Maris Collective’s boutique will feature a special “shop within a shop” by famed designer James Perse, as well as an exciting range of contemporary brands including tailored shirts by Los Angeles-based Frank & Eileen, FRAME denim, Ancient Greek Sandals, and heirloom bags by Cult Gaia. Maris Collective will bring brands to Downtown Napa and the Napa Valley that locals currently must drive out of town to purchase.

“We want to create a place of discovery for our customers, where they are always finding new brands and special pieces to take home,” said Sauter. “We envision the store to be constantly evolving as we develop relationships with local and visiting guests, creating a special place for them to connect with the community. The store will be a true interpretation of Napa’s authentic style.”

Inspired by Napa Valley’s grand architecture and residences, customers will enter the store through a beautiful glass atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows and lush greenery. Featuring a vine encrusted stone entrance hall, Maris Collective’s boutique will capture the region’s natural beauty using organic materials to create an open-air shopping environment.

Maris Collective has also designed an iron and glass installation which will offer a rotating space for Napa Valley’s celebrated artisans and purveyors to showcase and share their work with the community.

First Street Napa is slated to open the first series of shops and restaurants in Fall 2017 and is owned and managed by Zapolski Real Estate, LLC and Trademark Property Company. The project recently announced additional retail, culinary, hospitality, and creative office space tenants, including: Archer Hotel Napa, Lush, Compline Wine Bar, Silicon Valley Bank, Pacific Union International, Napa Valley Jewelers, Eiko’s Sushi, Charlie Palmer Steak, and Brown Estate.
