TRADEMARK PROPERTY HIRES KARA RAFFERTY AS LEASING DIRECTOR
FORT WORTH, Texas (Oct. 1, 2014) – Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment, and third-party services firm, today announced that Kara Rafferty has joined the firm as director of leasing. An 18-year industry veteran, Rafferty will focus on Trademark’s leasing efforts throughout Texas.
“Kara has a proven record of success and vast connections in the retail leasing industry,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. “We are excited to add her experience and skill set to our Trademark team and to further strengthen our leasing capabilities.”
As director of leasing, Rafferty will be responsible for merchandising and re-merchandising properties within Trademark’s portfolio of lifestyle centers and mall properties, as well as new development and re-development.
Prior to joining Trademark, Rafferty served as vice president of leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle. She was also previously a vice president with Colonial Properties Trust and a senior leasing representative with ING Clarion. Before working in the leasing industry, Rafferty was an attorney in Minneapolis where she owned a law firm. She is a Certified Retail Property Executive, Certified Leasing Specialist, Certified Commercial Investment Member and a licensed Texas Attorney.
