DALLAS (May 21, 2026) – Trademark Property Company’s (Trademark) The Madeleine at Turtle Creek earned the top score at the recent Urban Land Institute (ULI) Platinum Council Spring Meeting in Nashville, where it was presented alongside some of the nation’s most respected multifamily developers.
Held May 5-7, the invitation-only event brought together C-level executives and senior principals from many of the nation’s leading multifamily REITs, institutional real estate platforms, and operating companies, along with industry figures such as Doug Bibby, former president of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), to evaluate five active development projects. Following project presentations, more than 50 council members allocated up to 100 points to the project they viewed as most compelling, with the highest cumulative score determining the winner.
Trademark’s The Madeleine at Turtle Creek received the highest overall score among a field of prominent national firms.
Located in Dallas’ prestigious Turtle Creek neighborhood, The Madeleine reflects Trademark’s approach to creating highly curated residential environments that combine thoughtful design, walkability, and hospitality-driven experiences.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it came from some of the most sophisticated multifamily investors and developers in the country,” said Chad A. Colley, Multifamily and Mixed-Use Partner at Trademark Property Company. “To have The Madeleine resonate with leaders from across the industry validates both the strength of the project and our team’s vision for delivering differentiated residential experiences in premier neighborhoods.”
The ULI Platinum Council is comprised of senior industry leaders representing many of the nation’s most influential real estate investment and development firms. Attendees included executives affiliated with organizations such as Blackstone, KKR Real Estate, and Goldman Sachs.
The recognition further elevates Trademark’s growing national profile within the multifamily sector and underscores the company’s ability to stand alongside the industry’s most established development platforms. Founded in 1992, Trademark Property Company specializes in the creation of vibrant retail, mixed-use, and multifamily destinations that blend community connection, thoughtful design, and long-term value creation.
