Cornell Holmes joined Trademark in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Property Management where he is responsible for maximizing the performance of Trademark assets, new asset transitions, emergency preparedness, alternative uses, tax district and association management, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Trademark, Cornell worked with General Growth Properties in various management roles. He holds the ICSC CSM designation, is a frequent speaker at industry events and has served on ICSC planning committees. Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Cornell is an active participant in North Dallas through his work as a Rotarian and his service on the Allen Community Outreach Advisory Board. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
