La Palmera

La Palmera is the result of a $50M transformation of the former Padre Staples Mall in Corpus Christi, TX, which was purchased in Summer 2008 in partnership with Institutional Mall Investors, Inc. The redevelopment included the “de-malling” of the main entrance to an outdoor lifestyle court, new food court featuring a 4,000 gallon aquarium and children’s play area creating a world-class leisure and shopping destination. This project is certified LEED Silver for Core & Shell.
