Saddle Creek announces three new tenants
Saddle Creek just announced three new tenants.
“This is an exciting time for Saddle Creek, and we’re pleased that Sur La Table is joining the growing list of new tenants that have chosen our lifestyle center to open their first Tennessee locations,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co., in a release. “Additionally, we know our customers will agree that American Threads and Sephora are wonderful additions to the Saddle Creek shopping experience.”
Atlanta-based American Threads will occupy a roughly 2,000-square-foot tenant bay in Saddle Creek North, adjacent to the Janie and Jack store. American Threads is scheduled to open in late 2016. The San Francisco-based beauty chain Sephora is also expected to be up and running in late 2016, will have a 5,700-square-foot store in Saddle Creek South next to Michael Kors.
Sur La Table, a Seattle-based kitchen supply retailer, will open the doors on its 5,800-square-foot store in the lifestyle center located in Saddle Creek South next to Brooks Brothers, in 2017. This will mark the first location in Tennessee.
