Trademark Launches Program To Entice Pop-Ups

Chain Store Age
Written by: Al Urbanski

Trademark Property is trying to make it easier for new retail concepts and bricks-to-clicks wannabes to try out the physical retail experiences at its many centers.

The Fort Worth-based developer is offering up fully built-out “white box” spaces starting at 800 sq. ft. with flexible short-term leases. Lessees will have the freedom to rotate concepts within the space and will be given the opportunity to convert to permanent lease structures.

“We see incredible win-win opportunities in pop up retail,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. “As owners, pop ups allow us to test a concept to see how our customers respond. For retailers, leasing incentives give them an opportunity to establish a physical store and introduce their brand to an entirely new audience with less risk.”

Interested parties can visit a website and take virtual walk-throughs of available spaces and get 360-degree views of the surrounding centers. They can also begin the lease application process on the site.
