Trademark Expands Asset and Portfolio Management Team with Strategic Addition, John Pharr

FORT WORTH, Texas (May 2, 2018) – Trademark Property Company is adding to its asset and portfolio management team by hiring John Pharr as Senior Vice President of Asset and Portfolio Management. A 30-year industry veteran, Pharr brings deep expertise in shopping center real estate portfolio management to the Trademark team.

“John brings some of the best experience in the industry to Trademark, and we are pleased to add his asset management and value add expertise to our executive team,” said Terry Montesi, CEO, Trademark Property Company. “His experience track record is impressive and will be an enormous advantage for our current properties and as we grow our portfolio.”

As Senior Vice President of Asset and Portfolio Management, Pharr will lead the asset management efforts for a significant portion of Trademark’s portfolio.

Pharr has extensive expertise in institutional asset management, net operating income and asset value growth, and retail center remerchandising. Prior to joining Trademark, he spent nearly 20 years with Regency Centers, first as Vice President of Asset Management and later as Senior Vice President, Southeast Division, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 75 properties, was responsible for growing NOI more than 5 percent annually, and increased portfolio asset value by an average of $15 million year-over-year.

In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Pharr also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and is involved in a number of community and professional organizations.
