Founders Properties partnered with Trademark to manage and redevelop Burr Ridge Village Center.
Kimco partnered with Trademark to develop Market Street – The Woodlands and Gateway Station in Burleson.
Institutional Mall Investors, LLC is a co-investment venture owned by an affiliate of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc. (MCA) and The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), with MCA serving as investment manager for IMI. Trademark purchased the former Padre Staples Mall (now La Palmera) in partnership with IMI in the summer of 2008. IMI is also a partner in Market Street – The Woodlands.
