Redevelopment to focus on property evolution for well-located center
BOCA RATON, Fla. (June 3, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. has been retained by L&B Realty Advisors to manage, lease and redevelop Glades Plaza, a 182,704-square-foot retail center in Boca Raton, Fla. Glades Plaza is located on the Southeast corner of Glades Road and Butts Road, across from the prestigious Town Center at Boca Raton, one of the top performing malls in the United States.
