Trademark Property Company is pleased to announce that two centers in the portfolio took home awards at the 2019 Maxi Awards presented at ICSC ReCon.
The Maxi Awards are presented by ICSC and recognize events, programs and technology that add value to shopping centers and companies across the U.S. and Canada. Categories are designed to recognize the evolution of the industry, while rewarding creativity and innovation.
Help us congratulate the teams at both La Palmera and Saddle Creek as they each brought home a silver award.
La Palmera was recognized for “La Palmera Cares – Harvey Strong”, an entry in the Community category that showcased the center’s extraordinary efforts to help their community after a devastating hurricane.
Saddle Creek earned an award for their entry “Saddle Creek Beer Garden” in the Experiential category. This entry focused on creating a pop-up space that generated income and incremental sales in a distressed location at the property.
Special recognition also goes to Amanda Sanchez and Heather Nordtvedt for implementing these programs at their centers.
