True Food Kitchen plans to open at Market Street The Woodlands in summer, 2018.
The full-service restaurant, to be located next to Grotto, has a menu based on seasonal fare with dishes that emphasize whole foods. The restaurant, featuring a contemporary decor with the kitchen in open view, will be open daily for lunch and dinner and for brunch on weekends.
Part of Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts, True Food Kitchen entered Houston with a location at BLVD Place, 1700 Post Oak, in 2014. The concept was developed by Sam Fox and healthy-living guru Dr. Andrew Weil with a menu based on the principles of Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid.
Market Street-The Woodlands, at 9595 Six Pine Drive, is owned by a joint venture of Trademark Property Co. and Institutional Mall Investors.
