DALLAS (Jan. 26, 2016) – Trademark Property Co. today announced that Freshii will open a Victory Park location in summer 2016, offering its selection of healthy, environmentally sustainable meals and snacks. The 1,767-square-foot store will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner from its location on Victory Park Lane, next to Jimmy John’s.

“A number of new restaurants and food options will be added to Victory Park during the first half of 2016, which will continue to activate the early phase of the development,” said Terry Montesi, CEO, Trademark Property Co. “As new tenants continue to open and construction on the new buildings and common areas progresses, Victory Park Lane will begin to be transformed into the two-sided, pedestrian-friendly retail district we envision.”

In addition, Victory Park’s newest coffee shop, Café Victoria, is now open, offering freshly brewed coffee and pastries, and BuzzBrews Kitchen is slated to open this spring.

“As a Victory Park resident, I am thrilled to open an authentic coffee house that will have a neighborhood vibe and offer the highest quality coffee at a great price,” said Luciana Gómez, owner and operator of Café Victoria. “Opening a café like this at Victory Park has been a longtime dream of mine, and I’m thrilled about the warm welcome our neighbors have given us.”

In addition to new tenant announcements, Victory Park also has seen a number of recent construction milestones. Retail development is also active on the west side of Victory Park Lane, where construction is underway on the unfinished parking garage across from the W Dallas – Victory Hotel to add 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a dramatic, 2,600-square-foot, second-floor covered patio connected to a signature restaurant at the northeast corner of the garage. Completion is slated for summer 2016.

Victory Park currently features more than 160,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, including: Buda Juice, Café Victoria, Chad Rookstool Salon, Classic Pilates, Cook Hall, Hard Rock Café, The Hangar, Havana Social Club, House of Blues, Jimmy John’s, Joanna Czech, Kenichi, Medina Oven & Bar, Metro Tickets, Naga Thai Kitchen & Bar, Olivella’s Neo Pizza Napoletana, Read Between the Lines, Shooters, Simply Elegant – Dallas, Victory Park CrossFit and Victory Tavern.
